Tonight i had one of the best customer experiences ive ever had in my whole life in kuwait. I was in Hawally and had to do some work on my e-go so i walk into Zain as usual but unlike the usual times its not crowded ….its stuffed . But i didnt even wait 3 minutes……..Ahmed al S was the one who took my ego and told me to come back in 50 minutes ……i came in 30 and it was done ….i didnt wait one extra second. To top it, when i asked him if it was done he said that if it wasnt working properly he apologises and that i could come back anytime and come straight to him. But he is the first one who actually completed his service with a smile . To impress me further the branch was stuffed with people and he was clearly multi tasking smiling all the way. Ive been reading managerial books from the time i was 17 from Peter F Drucker to Edward de bono . Nothing impresses me more than a cleint centric operation as i work in a field where client comes first and i think the gentleman i met tonight is its ambassador to kuwait . Great stuff !!!

    hmm…not everyone is lucky caloo..i wish wataniya had more dedicated staff!! they still havent reimbursed me my money :(
    Regardless of what drucker,bono or any other rightoeus management guru says says, i think more people should try adding a lil zing to their everyday job to enjoy it more and perform better ( personally and professionally)
